Payment
We can take payment via cash or cheque. Card payments are accepted for payments over £25. Amex not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment we require 24hrs notice to allow other clients the opportunity of booking the slot. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time and we are unable to fill your slot 100% of the fee will be charged or £20 (whichever is lowest) and must be paid before your next appointment commences.
